Training
IEA
provides customized training programs for potential health,
government, and institutional professionals in countries such
as Canada, USA, and China.
Sample Institutional Training Program:
Principal training participants will attend a 4 to 8-week course
in English studies, Educational Leadership, Human Resource Management
and so on. They will visit various primary, secondary and tertiary
educational establishments, look around their facilities, participate
in classroom observations, and meet with school principals and
administrators to discuss issues like school management, teacher
training, etc. By the end of the program, participants will
have a better understanding of the Canada education system.
Participants should be people who assume a leading position in their individual schools and will return to resume their work after their course in the program.
